Transtech Engineers, Inc is a municipal and land development civil engineering firm. Mr. Quintero is responsible for corporate operations, business development, client relations, public and governmental affairs, project development and management oversight.
Prior to joining Transtech Engineers, Inc. in October of 2005, Mr. Quintero work for Southern California Edison as the Region Manager of Public Affairs of Southern California Edison's Metro Region.
Prior to joining Edison in April of 2002, Mr. Quintero worked for the City of Commerce as Interim Director of Public Works, Assistant Public Works Director, Assistant to the City Manager and City Planner, from 1991 to March of 2002.
In June of 1990 Mr. Quintero obtained a Bachelor of Science in Urban & Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University (Cal Poly) Pomona and in November of 1999 Robert obtained his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Redland.
